Vatel Saigon offers a truly unique concept in Vietnam, the restaurant being run by the Bachelor students of Vatel International Business School in Hotel & Tourism Management under the supervision of internationally experienced managers and teachers as part of their educational program. The walls are decorated in collaboration with an internationally well-experienced Art Gallery, providing a harmonious and creative atmosphere to enjoy while savoring our fine French cuisine.
The restaurant has a capacity of 100 seats, including 2 private lounges and offers a bistro styled lunch combo menu from 11:30 to 15:00 Monday to Saturday starting at 220.000 VND. For dinnertime, our long experienced chef Patrick Berenger (Ex- Robuchon, Le Méridien Hong Kong & Los Angeles and in the service of the French Prime Minister) levels it up and presents a refined “a la carte” based on the French cuisine and with his very own touch of Asia.
A complete wine menu from around the world has been put together to accompany the meal, or to savor in between in our lounge bar (Monday to Saturday 11:30-23:30, Sunday 17:30-23:30).
